Brittany and Justin Evans of Perham are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Aliyah Kristine Evans, born at 1:31 p.m. on February 18, 2010. She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. She was delivered by Dr. Bobbi Adams at Tri-County Hospital in Wadena.
