Tell us why the way to FIX something is always to add a new tax to everything? Does this mean that every business can propose a tax to there sales to promote themselves? Do I have to pay an extra tax when I go into Ottertail to buy a can of paint and a paint brush just so they can let people know what they sell? Why not put the pinch on everyone that comes into Ottertail. How about a road toll if you come to Ottertail or Perham so we can promote the area? Get REAL!!!
