Kiata Westoff, right, 6, of Perham, was just one of many children who had their face painted at the annual Looney Daze held in Vergas over the weekend. The annual event is just one of the many unique festivals and celebrations that are held regularly throughout the year. Mother Nature cooperated and event officials said they had another “great” turnout this year.
