John “Ray” Delaney 78 of Billings, Mont., passed away of natural causes on Aug. 27 in a Billings care facility. Memorial services will be on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 11 a.m. in the Cloyd Chapel, Lewiston. At his request, cremation has taken place and a private family inurnment will be held in the Grass Range Cemetery. The Cloyd Funeral Home & Cremation Service is assisting the family.
