The #12-A Perham girls cross-country team finished in second place at the Section 8A meet, a mere three points behind #11-A Park Rapids, both teams qualifying for the state meet next week. This will be the eighth straight state meet appearance for the Yellowjackets.

Yellowjacket runners dominate at Park Rapids
The boys and girls cross-country teams were in Park Rapids Monday for the final tune-up race before the section meet next Friday, Oct. 28 in Bagley.
“Both the boys and girls had just awesome races,” Head Coach Jeff Morris said.
